Michi help
Michi means "path": a practice of wellness you return to every day. This page has help, contact details and the legal documents.
Michi isn't for emergencies
If you are in danger, or having thoughts of suicide or of hurting yourself, call 000 in Australia or your local emergency number.
In Australia, you can call Lifeline on 13 11 14 for free at any time. Michi's Me tab lists crisis lines for where you are.

Common questions
How do I cancel the paid plan?
Cancel in your phone's subscription settings. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play and go to Payments and subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the plan.
I've paid, but Michi still shows a lock
Tap the lock to open the plan screen, then tap Restore purchases. It works when your phone is signed in to the same Apple or Google account you paid with.
How do I keep my things on a new phone?
Before you switch, tap Create an account on the Me tab and confirm your email address with the code we send you. On the new phone, tap Create an account and use the same email address. Your good things, worries and colouring come with you.
Without an email address, your things belong to the old phone, and we can't move them for you.
How do I get a copy of my things, or delete them?
On the Me tab, tap Send me a copy of everything, or Delete everything. Deleting happens at once and can't be undone.
